At Azza Fahmy Jewellery, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for items in their original condition. Please note that personalized or custom-made creations are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team via email or our online portal within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery in its original Azza Fahmy presentation box and include all authenticity certificates and original packaging materials to ensure safe transit.
Complimentary Pick-up
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for our specialized courier service to collect the parcel from your preferred location at your convenience.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Upon arrival at our boutique workshop, our artisans will inspect the piece, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
